Delta PSNEE QSB does not use the same code as PSNee V8. It runs custom firmware.

PSNee V8 has several known issues, particularly with BIOS patching, which can cause memory card malfunctions and problems with audio CD playback.

Delta PSNEE QSB uses different code and is more reliable, with no known bugs. As a result, its features also differ.
